Hello, My name is Sara and I'm renting my room while I´m visiting my hometown, hope you enjoy my room as much as I do. The apartment consists of 4 rooms in total. Two of these rooms are rented out on a long-term basis (like this one), so you will be living with locals for the duration of your stay. Two rooms are available for short-term rental.
You will not need to buy toilet paper, towels, hair dryer, coffee, oil, sugar, tea, salt, spices and probably shampoo because as we have two rooms as short stays rental our landlord provides these more basic stuff.
You will not need to worry much about weekly cleaning because someone is paid to clean just before any guest comes in.
You have access to your own private room with keys and the common areas of the apartment: kitchen, bathroom and living room.
In the room you have a double bed, a hanger, a little balcony to catch a little sun, a table to work, space to store your clothes, extra bedsheets, extra towels and a big mirror(doesn't appear on the photos because it is a recent acquisition).
We have a small library with books in different languages, a yoga mat, colors for painting and a games. (in the living room)
Respect the privacy of the people who share the space with you.
Please also respect the common areas and leave them behind as you wish to find them.
please especially respect the house rules (no smoking / no loud at night / no parties)
night hours are from 10pm to 8am.
Our apartment is located in an old historic building.
